Solo Retreats

The mountains are calling... what are you waiting for?

Create a one-of-a-kind retreat with your Guide, Christine Powers, and remember and rekindle the magnificence of who you are.

Walk the forest, bask in the sauna, take a redneck hot tub, peer across mountain vistas, and fall asleep to the bubbling of Kibby Creek. Slip out for a star bath and glimpse the wonder of the Milky Way.

See who peers back at you. Then, you begin.

Ultimate power and fulfillment will be yours when you fully align with who you truly are. You have simply forgotten and need the nudges to remember.

INNER PEACE

Cost: $249
Arrival window: 9:00–9:30 am
Departure window: 4:00–7:30 pm

The Adirondack Mountains are a place to heal and reconnect—with nature, with yourself, and with what matters most. Surrounded by unspoiled wilderness, you’ll find space to breathe, play, and rediscover your inner compass.

Your day begins with a warm welcome, plus coffee, tea, and light snacks to ease into the flow. Ease into presence with a gentle Tai Chi “Meditation in Motion” class—designed to calm your nervous system and help you land in your body. Afterward, take a guided walk through the Adirondack Labyrinth, offering quiet insight and grounding reflection. In your free time, wander peaceful nature paths, rest in hidden meditation spots, or unwind in the outdoor luxury sauna and showers.

Prepare or enjoy your own lunch in our kitchen, free from schedule or rush. Afterward, join our Concierge and Wilderness Guide for an optional slow-paced hike to a secluded, off-grid hut—where panoramic views of the High Peaks give you space to reflect and reset. As the day winds down, gather around the community campfire to share stories and warmth with others on a similar path.

You'll receive a Nature Journal to capture insights, reflections, or simple moments of beauty.

Want to tap into your creative side? The Art Therapy Corner is open for gentle expression. And for a soothing finish, our Harney & Sons Fine Teas station invites you to sip something special while soaking in the stillness.

Discover Your Path: Adirondack Labyrinth Retreat

“It was breathtaking, unexpected, amazing. I've learned tools that I take with me every day and use with clients. I've walked out of yoga classes when they started doing the whole "ohm" thing. But this was just incredible: the vibrations through your body and the release of tension. I feel like I've been on holiday for a fortnite after this. Christine is warm and lovely, funny and interesting, and incredibly powerful. You must go. Just go. It's worth it. Even though you don't quite know what you're going for. Whatever happens with Christine, you'll love it."  - Life Coach, Jill McCullough, United Kingdom
